The vineyard covers 30 hectares under organic farming, with vines averaging 25 years of age, guaranteeing an environmentally-friendly approach and high-quality grapes.

Boulbène and sandy loam on the surface, clay in depth, an ideal terroir for a complex, richly nuanced wine.

Grape varieties

SPECIFICATIONS

A unique blend of 80% Pinot Saint Georges (Négrette), 15% Malbec, and 5% Cabernet Franc, creating a perfect balance of intensity and finesse.

Winemaking

VINIFICATION

Raisins récoltés manuellement et vinifiés avec peu de sulfites et levures indigènes. Un processus de 3 semaines suivi d’un élevage de 18 mois en fûts de chêne confère au vin sa complexité et sa rondeur.

Tasting

TASTING

An aromatic palette of peony and black fruit, enhanced by woody and vanilla notes. A well-integrated tannic structure makes this wine both complex and accessible.
