The vineyard covers 30 hectares under organic farming, with vines averaging 25 years of age, guaranteeing an environmentally-friendly approach and high-quality grapes.
Boulbène and sandy loam on the surface, clay in depth, an ideal terroir for a complex, richly nuanced wine.
A unique blend of 80% Pinot Saint Georges (Négrette), 15% Malbec, and 5% Cabernet Franc, creating a perfect balance of intensity and finesse.
Hand-harvested grapes vinified with low levels of sulfites and indigenous yeasts. A 3-week aging process followed by 13 months in barrel gives the wine its complexity and roundness.
An aromatic palette of peony and black fruit, enhanced by woody and vanilla notes. A well-integrated tannic structure makes this wine both complex and accessible.
Ideal with rich dishes such as red meats and cheeses, or as an aperitif with black Bigorre ham. Also perfect with beef filet en croûte or woodcock roasted with chanterelle mushrooms.
Presented in 75cL Bordeaux bottles, ideal for optimal wine storage and aging.
