LA TOUR - Refined red wine

Vineyard : 30 hectares of organic farming, 25-year-old vines, a guarantee of quality and durability.
Terroir : Boulbène and sandy loam on the surface, clay layer at depth, ideal for the chosen grape varieties.
Grape varieties : A blend of Pinot Saint Georges (Négrette), Syrah and Tannat for a uniquely balanced wine.
La Tour Saint Louis : Cuvée de l'IGP Comte Tolosan, variable blend including Négrette, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah and Tannat.
Vinification : Separated by grape variety, classic with maceration, aged 10% in oak barrels (6-12 months) and 90% in vats.

Description

LA TOUR - Refined red wine

	VINEYARD Located on 30 hectares of organically farmed land, with vines averaging 25 years of age, guaranteeing high-quality grapes and sustainable viticulture.
	TERROIR Composed of boulbène and sandy loam on the surface with a clay layer at depth, offering an ideal terroir for growing the selected grape varieties.
	SPECIFICATIONS A blend of Pinot Saint Georges (Négrette), Syrah and Tannat, creating a balanced wine with a unique personality and distinct aromas.
	VINIFICATION Traditional vinification, with long maceration and several delestages, followed by ageing in stainless steel vats and oak barrels for 12 months.
	TASTING Characterized by aromas of red fruits and spices, a supple, round palate with mellow tannins, offering immediate pleasure.
	FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS Ideal as an aperitif, with charcuterie/cheese or white meat dishes.
	PACKAGING Presented in 75cL Burgundy bottles, packaged in cartons of 6, ideal for optimal tasting and storage.
