VINEYARD

Located on 30 hectares of organically farmed land, with vines averaging 25 years of age, guaranteeing high-quality grapes and sustainable viticulture.

TERROIR

TERROIR

Composed of boulbène and sandy loam on the surface with a clay layer at depth, offering an ideal terroir for growing the selected grape varieties.

SPECIFICATIONS

A blend of Pinot Saint Georges (Négrette), Syrah and Tannat, creating a balanced wine with a unique personality and distinct aromas.

Winemaking

VINIFICATION

Traditional vinification, with long maceration and several delestages, followed by ageing in stainless steel vats and oak barrels for 12 months.

Characterized by aromas of red fruits and spices, a supple, round palate with mellow tannins, offering immediate pleasure.
