The culture d'oats, field beans and Lupin allowsnatural supply of nitrogen from the air at soiland prevents weeds to proliferate.

L'grass on the rang des vignes is removed mechanically, so that nochemical herbicides

The only fungicide treatment we allow ourselves is based on Bordeaux mixture and natural sulfur flower at minimum doses.

None of these products penetrate vine and the resulting wine is free from any trace of chemicals.

In order to achieve full ripeness of the grapesthethinning, leaf removal, disbudding andde-budding are carried out every year on the vineyard

These working methods lead us to produce better quality grapes.

                                                          THE WINERY

Saint Louis wines are vinified, high and bottled at the Château.

Visit vinification takes place in tanks former enamelled and thermoregulated.

Visit thermoregulation allows us to vinify at temperatures as close as possible to the ideal for better extraction of matter (color and tannins) and improved aromatic expression of our wines.

No allergens are used in the winemaking process. Harvested grapes are not enriched with sugar or must concentrate. Ali MAHMOUDI follows the winemaking process in an original way, rather like a painter in front of his canvas.
