✂️ Pruning: the key to guiding the vine and ensuring a good harvest. Each stroke of the pruning shears shapes the vintage to come!
🌱 Tying: after pruning, we tie the cane, i.e. the shoot that we keep to carry future buds, to the supporting wire. This stage is essential for structuring the vine and ensuring that future bunches are well distributed.
🔨 Stake and plot maintenance: repair, replace, clean... A well-maintained vineyard means a healthy vineyard!
