A 100% Chardonnay white wine is characterized by its richness and diversity of aromas. Depending on its origin and ageing, it can present fresh, mineral notes, typical of cool climates, with flavors of green apple, lemon and white flowers. In warmer climates, or when aged in oak barrels, it develops richer aromas of ripe fruit, vanilla and hazelnut, with a creamy texture. This versatile wine pairs well with a wide variety of dishes, from seafood to white meats and cheeses.
