1. Cuvée Tradition

Visit Cuvée Tradition from Château Saint Louisa rich blend of 70% Pinot Saint Georges (Négrette), 20% Cabernet Franc, 5% Gamay and 5% Syrahembodies the classic expression of the estate. Carefully vinified, it is aged at 40% in oak barrels and 60% in tank for 12 months, giving the wine exceptional harmony and delicacy. Awarded a Gold medal at Concours Feminalise 2021A perfect accompaniment to an aperitif, grilled meats or a cheese platter.

2. Spirit

The Spirit of Saint Louisfrom our oldest plotsis a wine with character, composed of 85% Négrette and 15% Cabernet Franc. Raised entirely in oak barrel for 12 to 24 months, it reveals a complex, charming structure, perfect for a filet of beef en croûte or refined game dishes.

3. Saint Louis Tower

Saint Louis TowerThis light, immediately pleasant cuvée is characteristic of the Comte Tolosan PGI. With a blend that varies according to vintage, including Pinot Saint Georges (Négrette), Gamay, Syrah and Merlotis high for 10% in oak barrels and 90% in tank. Perfect as an aperitif, it goes equally well with white meat dishes or a charcuterie platter.
