Vineyard : 30 hectares of organic farming, 35-year-old vines, quality and respect for the environment.
Grape varieties : 85% Pinot Saint Georges (Négrette) and 15% Cabernet Franc, structure and intense aromas.
Vinification : Aged 12-24 months in oak barrels, adding depth and woody notes.
Character : A blend of modernity and tradition, with aromas of peony, black fruit and a woody background, well-melted tannins.

	SPECIFICATIONS A blend of 85% Pinot Saint Georges (Négrette) and 15% Cabernet Franc, offering a unique structure and intense aromas.
	VINIFICATION Aged for 12-24 months in oak barrels, this process adds depth and a woody touch to the wine.
	TASTING Reveals aromas of peony and black fruits such as blackcurrant and blackberry, with hints of vanilla and wood, offering a rich taste experience.
	GOURMET PAIRINGS Pairs well with rich dishes such as meat stews, game, or boeuf bourguignon.
