Comment se passe une commande de vin au domaine ?
Vous commandez directement au domaine : il n'y a pas d'intermédiaire entre notre chai et votre cave. Les vins sont proposés de 9,50 € la bouteille pour la Tour, notre cuvée d'entrée, à 58 € pour l'Extrême 2016, une cuvée de garde élevée dix-huit mois en barrique. Les frais de port dépendent du nombre de bouteilles et du mode de livraison choisi : ils s'affichent au panier avant tout paiement, et la livraison est offerte en France à partir de douze bouteilles, soit deux cartons de six — c'est l'unité d'emballage sécurisé que nous utilisons pour le transport du verre. Votre commande est préparée sous deux à cinq jours ouvrés, puis l'acheminement demande deux à trois jours. En été, nous n'expédions pas à partir du jeudi : un colis qui passe le week-end en entrepôt par forte chaleur arrive abîmé.

From how many bottles is delivery free?
From 12 bottles, that is two cases, delivery is free within France by Transporteur National — home delivery. That threshold matches the secure packing unit we use to ship glass bottles. Below it, or if you choose a pick-up point, the charge is shown in your basket before payment.
How much does delivery cost?
The charge depends on the number of bottles and the delivery method: as a guide, €10 for one bottle to a pick-up point and €18 for six bottles, that is one case. The full table is on the Delivery charges page, and the exact amount for your order is always shown in the basket before payment.
How long does delivery take?
Your order is prepared within 2 to 5 working days of payment being received, then shipping usually takes another 2 to 3 days. In summer, to avoid leaving bottles in the heat of a warehouse, we do not ship from Thursday onwards: summer orders leave between Monday and Wednesday.
Which payment methods do you accept?
By bank card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and bank transfer. Customers in some European countries also get the local methods offered at checkout (iDeal, Bancontact, Przelewy24, Trustly, EPS, Blik, MyBank, Multibanco). Cheques are not accepted. Card payments are secured by the SSL protocol.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to mainland France and Corsica, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and the United Kingdom. The charge for your country is shown in the basket before you confirm.
What should I do if a bottle arrives broken?
Write to contact@chateausaintlouis.fr with a photograph of the parcel and the bottles. We send the wine again at no extra cost: breakage and theft fall under the legal guarantee of conformity, not the right of withdrawal, so no return charge applies in that case.
Can I change my mind after delivery?
Yes. You have fourteen days from delivery to withdraw, with no need to give a reason. The bottles must be returned complete, unopened and in their original condition; return postage is at your expense. The full procedure is on the Returns and refunds page.
