Comment se passe une commande de vin au domaine ?
Vous commandez directement au domaine : il n'y a pas d'intermédiaire entre notre chai et votre cave. Les vins sont proposés de 9,50 € la bouteille pour la Tour, notre cuvée d'entrée, à 58 € pour l'Extrême 2016, une cuvée de garde élevée dix-huit mois en barrique. Les frais de port dépendent du nombre de bouteilles et du mode de livraison choisi : ils s'affichent au panier avant tout paiement, et la livraison est offerte en France à partir de douze bouteilles, soit deux cartons de six — c'est l'unité d'emballage sécurisé que nous utilisons pour le transport du verre. Votre commande est préparée sous deux à cinq jours ouvrés, puis l'acheminement demande deux à trois jours. En été, nous n'expédions pas à partir du jeudi : un colis qui passe le week-end en entrepôt par forte chaleur arrive abîmé.

À partir de combien de bouteilles la livraison est-elle offerte ?
À partir de 12 bouteilles, soit deux cartons, la livraison est offerte en France par Transporteur National — livraison à domicile. Ce seuil correspond à l'unité d'emballage sécurisé utilisée pour transporter des bouteilles en verre. En dessous de ce nombre, ou si vous choisissez un point relais, les frais s'affichent au panier avant paiement.
Combien coûte la livraison ?
Les frais dépendent du nombre de bouteilles et du mode d'acheminement choisi : à titre indicatif, 10 € pour une bouteille en point relais et 18 € pour six bouteilles, soit un carton. La grille complète figure sur la page Frais de livraison, et le montant exact applicable à votre commande est toujours affiché au panier avant paiement.
En combien de temps ma commande est-elle livrée ?
Votre commande est préparée dans un délai de 2 à 5 jours ouvrés à compter de la réception du règlement, puis l'expédition prend généralement 2 à 3 jours supplémentaires. En été, pour ne pas exposer les bouteilles à la chaleur dans les entrepôts, nous n'expédions pas à partir du jeudi : les commandes estivales partent entre le lundi et le mercredi.
Quels moyens de paiement acceptez-vous ?
Par carte bancaire (Visa, Mastercard), par PayPal, par Apple Pay ou Google Pay, et par virement bancaire. Les clients de certains pays européens disposent en outre des moyens locaux proposés au moment du paiement (iDeal, Bancontact, Przelewy24, Trustly, EPS, Blik, MyBank, Multibanco). Le paiement par chèque n'est pas accepté. Le paiement par carte est sécurisé par le protocole SSL.

Nous livrons en France métropolitaine et Corse, Allemagne, Autriche, Belgique, Espagne, Italie, Luxembourg, Pays-Bas, Portugal et Royaume-Uni. Les frais applicables à votre pays s'affichent au panier avant toute validation.
Que faire si une bouteille arrive cassée ?
Écrivez-nous à contact@chateausaintlouis.fr avec une photographie du colis et des bouteilles. Nous vous renvoyons le vin sans frais supplémentaires : la casse et le vol relèvent de la garantie légale de conformité, et non du droit de rétractation, aucun frais de retour ne vous est donc demandé dans ce cas.
Puis-je changer d'avis après réception ?
Oui. Vous disposez de quatorze jours à compter de la réception pour vous rétracter, sans avoir à motiver votre décision. Les bouteilles doivent être renvoyées complètes, non consommées et dans leur état d'origine ; les frais de retour restent à votre charge.
