SPECIFICATIONS A balanced blend of 50% Pinot Saint Georges (Négrette) and 50% Cabernet Franc, offering a unique blend of flavors and aromas, characteristic of this exceptional organic red wine. | |
VINIFICATION Vinification is carried out with particular care, using hand-picked grapes, very few sulfites and indigenous yeasts. The 3-week vinification period and 13-month barrel ageing give the wine its richness and depth. | |
