L'EXTREME 2010 BIO - Premium Organic Red Wine
The vineyard covers 30 hectares and is farmed organically. The vines, with an average age of 25 years, benefit from ecological and sustainable management, ensuring a wine of superior quality while respecting the environment.
The terroir is characterized by boulbène and sandy-loam soil on the surface and clay at depth, ideal for growing vines. This soil composition contributes to the richness and complexity of the wine's aromas.
A balanced blend of 50% Pinot Saint Georges (Négrette) and 50% Cabernet Franc, offering a unique blend of flavors and aromas, characteristic of this exceptional organic red wine.
Vinification is carried out with particular care, using hand-picked grapes, very few sulfites and indigenous yeasts. The 3-week vinification period and 13-month barrel ageing give the wine its richness and depth.
EXTREME 2010 BIO presents a complex, captivating aromatic palette, marked by notes of peony, black fruits and a subtle woody touch. Well-melted tannins underline a perfect harmony on the palate.
This wine goes perfectly with rich dishes such as red meats, mature cheeses, and delicate dishes like jambon de noir de Bigorre, filet de boeuf en croûte or woodcock roasted with chanterelles.
Available in traditional 75cL Bordelais bottles, packaged in cartons of 6 bottles, ensuring optimal conservation and maturation of the wine.
