Spirit 

L'Spirit of Saint-Louisdeveloped from old vinesis mainly a combination of Negrette with Cabernet Franc. This wine structured and charmingraised entirely in oak barrelreveals a balance between fruity and spicy aromasideal for elaborate dishes such as beef fillet en croûte.

Free from Sulfur

Free from Sulfura wine 100% Négrette with no added sulfur, comes from vines that are an average of 25 years old. It expresses wild berry aromas and is an ideal accompaniment to south-western dishes. With an alcohol content of 13.5%this wine was awarded a Silver medal at the Lyon 2022 international competition and a note from 17/20 by Terre de Vins.

Naturellement Négrette

The vintage Naturellement Négrette is a pure product of the Fronton appellation, composed of 100% of Négrette. It offers a subtle alliance of red fruitsof floral notes of violets, licorice and spices, thanks to vinification and ageing entirely in vats. A perfect accompaniment to regional dishes from the Southwest, this organic cuvée reflects the freshness and finesse of its grape variety.

"Esprit Gaulois", a blend of Pinot Saint Georges, Cabernet Franc and Gamay, features aromas of red fruits and spices, with a supple structure and smooth tannins. "Libéré du Soufre", made entirely from Négrette and with no added sulfur, features aromas of wild berries and was awarded a Silver Medal at the Lyon 2022 international competition. Finally, "Naturellement Négrette", a 100% Négrette wine, offers a subtle alliance of red fruits and floral notes, perfect for regional dishes from the South-West.
