	SPECIFICATIONS 100% Pinot Saint Georges (Négrette), an organic grape variety that gives the wine its unique aromas and elegant structure.
	TERROIR Cultivé sur 35 ha de terres riches, avec un sol boulbène et sablo-limoneux, propice à l’expression du caractère du cépage.
	VINIFICATION Vinification traditionnelle avec une longue macération pour intensifier les saveurs et un élevage de 12 mois en cuve béton, qui préserve la fraîcheur.
	TASTING A brilliant garnet-red color, with aromas of violet, cherry and blackberry, revealing itself on the palate with a supple texture and a tangy finish.
	FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS Pairs perfectly with regional dishes from the southwest, such as cassoulet, duck confit or Toulouse sausage.
	PACKAGING Presented in a traditional 75cL Bordelaise bottle, packaged in cartons of 6 bottles for optimal preservation.
