Négrette (or Pinot Saint Georges), a traditional Fronton grape variety, makes up 100% of this fresh, delicate cuvée.
This cuvée was vinified and aged for 12 months entirely in vats, to bring out the best possible expression of Negrette: a subtle blend of red fruits, floral violet notes, liquorice and spices.

Surface area: 54 ha (including vineyards: 27 hectares)
Vine age: 35 years, on average.
Boulbène and sandy silt on the surface and clay-limestone at depth.
VINIFICATION
Vinification is classic, with long maceration and two or three delestages. The wine is aged in concrete vats for 12 months to preserve the freshness of the fruit and the expressiveness of the floral notes. Bottling takes place at the Château.

TASTING
Bright garnet-red color with raspberry highlights. Harmonious nose, light aromas of violet, cherry, morello cherry and blackberry. Mouth supple, light, acidic, slightly mineral, good intensity.
