This vintage of a amiable simplicity is characteristic of Comte Tolosan PGI wines.
The grapes come from plots with well-drained soils to produce wines aromatic to the light structure for immediate pleasure. The blend of this cuvée varies according to the vintage, mixing Pinot Saint Georges (Négrette), Gamay, Syrah and Merlot. Each grape variety is vinified separately classic vinification with maceration and several load shedding. Breeding is carried out for 10% in oak barrels and 90% in tank for 6 to 12 months.
