This cuvée is truly the "Tradition" of Château Saint Louis, expressive, harmonious and gourmet.
It is a blend of 70% Pinot Saint Georges (Négrette), 20% Cabernet Franc, 5 % Gamay and 5% Syrah. The classic vinification of this cuvée begins with a long maceration with load shedding.
Each grape variety is vinified separately selected sourdough and temperature control. The added sulfite is excessively low, so that the total does not exceed 50 ppm. No other allergen is added, nor bonding.
