Cuvée 100% chardonnayreflecting a perfect harmony between the grape variety and the wine. terroir of Château Saint Louis. A balance between an expressive nose and a voluptuous palate. Meticulous pressing and settling, followed by careful maceration and thermo-regulated vinification, culminating in malolactic fermentation.

30 ha under Organic Farming, vines with an average age of 35 years.

Boulbène and sandy silt on the surface, clay at depth.
Varieties
100% Chardonnay.
Winemaking
Pneumatic press pressing, settling at 6°C, maceration on fine lees. Low-temperature vinification, with 80% of the blend aged in French oak barrels for 4 months and the rest in concrete tanks.
Tasting
Rich nose of white fruits, pear, quince and hazelnut. Elegant finish with spicy notes.
Wine and food pairing
Perfect with lamb crépinettes or monkfish brochettes.

Cuvée à fine bubblesA supple, fruity wine made from Chardonnay using the traditional Champagne method. Early harvest for low alcohol content. Double fermentation, first in vats and then in bottles, followed by ageing in the cellar.

Winemaking
Pressing, settling, maceration on lees, and low-temperature vinification. Partial aging in French oak barrels.

Cuvée "Tradition" from Château Saint Louis, a blend of Pinot Saint Georges, Cabernet Franc, Gamay and Syrah. Classic vinification with prolonged maceration, selected leavening and temperature control. Partial aging in oak barrels and vats.
