This wine is a blend of 50% of Pinot Saint Georgesand 50 % of Gamay.
A fresh vintage thanks to the method of direct pressing and selection of first press juices. The settling is carried out at 6°C and the fermentation at less than 18°C for about ten days. Natural sourdough selected. A minimum sulfites were added throughout the winemaking process.
Dominant floral (rose and violet) blended with notes of fresh fruit apricot. Mouth tangy and refreshing.
