    • Vineyard : 30 hectares of organic farming, 25-year-old vines, a guarantee of quality and durability.
    • Terroir : Boulbène and sandy loam on the surface, clay layer at depth, ideal for the chosen grape varieties.
    • Grape varieties : A blend of Pinot Saint Georges (Négrette), Syrah and Tannat for a uniquely balanced wine.
    • La Tour Saint Louis : Cuvée de l'IGP Comte Tolosan, variable blend including Négrette, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah and Tannat.
    • Vinification : Separated by grape variety, classic with maceration, aged 10% in oak barrels (6-12 months) and 90% in vats.

    This selection of Saint-Louis red wines comprises three distinct cuvées, each offering a unique taste experience. Cuvée Tradition" is a classic blend of Pinot Saint Georges, Cabernet Franc, Gamay and Syrah, partly aged in oak barrels, and a gold medal winner at the Concours Feminalise 2021. "L'Esprit de Saint-Louis", made from the estate's oldest vines and composed mainly of Négrette, is a highly expressive, structured and charming wine, aged entirely in oak. Finally, "La Tour Saint Louis", representative of the Comte Tolosan PGI, is a light, pleasant cuvée, perfect as an aperitif or with white meats.
