This bubbly cuvée, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, is distinguished by its finesse and freshness. Harvested early for a low alcohol content, the grapes undergo a first fermentation in vats at low temperature, preserving their natural aromas. The second fermentation, carried out in the bottle using the traditional Champagne method, creates fine, persistent bubbles. After several months in the cellar, the wine is disgorged and finally corked, resulting in a supple, fruity 100% Chardonnay effervescent, ideal for special occasions or as an elegant aperitif.
