	GRADE 70 % Pinot Saint Georges (Négrette), 30 % Gamay
	TERROIR Boulbène and sandy loam on the surface and clay at depth.
	VINIFICATION Rosé produced by direct pressing. Settling takes place at 6°C and fermentation at less than 18°C for ten days. Selected natural yeast. Minimal sulfites added throughout the winemaking process.
	TASTING Dominantly exotic fruits, apricot passion fruit. Supple, fruity palate supported by good acidity for freshness.

This wine is made from a precise blend of two grape varieties emblematic 50 % de Pinot Saint Georges and 50 % of Gamay. The Pinot Saint Georges brings structure and finesse, while the Gamay offers fruity aromas and vivacity.

This cuvée is distinguished by its exceptional freshnessobtained using a direct pressingto gently extract the first press juicerich in aroma and purity. The settlinga crucial process for clarifying the must, is carried out at a controlled temperature of 6°CThis ensures optimum removal of suspended particles.

Visit fermentationan essential step in the vinificationtakes place at temperatures below 18°C for about ten days. This precise temperature control promotes slow, even fermentation, preserving the delicate aromas and producing a well-balanced wine.
