This vintage is the second wine from Saint Louis made from grapes grown on parcels gravelly of the estate.
Pinot Saint Georges (Negrette), Cabernet Franc and Gamay make up this wide-open wine with red berries and spicesits pleasant flexibility and its mellow tannins.
Visit classic vinification of this cuvée begins with a long maceration with load shedding. Each grape variety is vinified separately with selected sourdough and temperature control. The added sulfite is reduced to a minimum. No other allergens are added. bonding.
L'breeding is made for 30% in oak barrels and 70% in tank for 6 to 12 months.
