THE LAND
The vines from domain are located on the old terraces from Tarn. The soil is typical of the Frontonnais region; sandy, gravelly, clayey boulbène and slightly acidic.
Visit situation near the river Tarn promotes a climate relatively temperate climate is conducive to the development of vine.
The culture d'oats, field beans and Lupin allowsnatural supply of nitrogen from the air at soiland prevents weeds to proliferate.
L'grass on the rang des vignes is removed mechanically, so that nochemical herbicides.
The only fungicide treatment we allow ourselves is based on Bordeaux mixture and natural sulfur flower at minimum doses.
None of these products penetrate vine and the resulting wine is free from any trace of chemicals.
In order to achieve full ripeness of the grapesthethinning, leaf removal, disbudding andde-budding are carried out every year on the vineyard.
These working methods lead us to produce better quality grapes.
