The estate in figures, for your corporate event
Château Saint Louis is a 35-hectare wine estate, 30 hectares of it under vine and farmed organically since 2005, at Labastide-Saint-Pierre between Toulouse and Montauban, in the heart of the Fronton appellation. Founded in 1878, it has belonged to the Mahmoudi family since 1991: Ali, founder and oenologist, planted the appellation’s first chardonnay; his son Benoit now runs the estate with Sylvie, who has managed the site for more than twenty years.
The spaces: a 185 m² reception hall with a monumental fireplace and picture windows onto the vines and the barrel cellar, up to 180 people theatre-style; a board room upstairs for about thirty people, with a video projector and a private terrace; a seminar room seating 40 theatre-style or 20 in a U-shape; a 30 m² lounge with a fireplace; a 66 m² paved terrace facing the vines; parking for 60 cars or 6 coaches.
The equipment: screens, video projectors and sound systems in the rooms, high-speed wifi throughout the château, flip charts and whiteboards, further equipment on request. Catering by partner caterers, from packed lunches to gala dinners, in a kitchen fitted with a wood-fired oven, with a sheltered barbecue and a summer bar in fine weather. Accommodation is available in the estate’s duplex rental.
Around the wine: a guided tour of the vines, the cellar and the strong room, an introduction to tasting, blending workshops and food-and-wine pairing sessions, a morning of harvesting in season. The estate has hosted Airbus, EDF, Colas, the Chamber of Commerce and the ENSAT school of Toulouse for its oenology graduation ceremony, and holds weddings of 50 to 180 guests every year. Pricing is by quotation, according to duration, number of participants and services: the form on this page is all it takes to ask.
