    L'EXTREME 2010 BIO - Premium Organic Red Wine

    • Vineyard : 30 hectares of organic farming, 25-year-old vines, ecological and sustainable management.
    • Terroir : Boulbène and sandy-loam soils, with clay in depth, contribute to the aromatic richness.
    • Grape varieties : Blend of 50% Pinot Saint Georges (Négrette) and 50% Cabernet Franc, unique flavors.
    • Vinification : Hand-harvested, low sulfite, indigenous yeasts, aged in barrels for 13 months.
    • Tasting : Complex aromas of peony, black fruit, a touch of wood, well-melted tannins.
    • Food pairing : Ideal with red meats, mature cheeses, Bigorre black ham, fillet of beef, woodcock with chanterelle mushrooms.
