This wine for laying down is characterized by its finesse, elegance and minerality.<br \/>\nThe grapes, meticulously harvested by hand, come from the estate's oldest plots, dating back to 1965 for the N\u00e9grette and 1977 for the Cabernet Franc.<br \/>\nAfter destemming, the grapes are crushed and vatted with very little sulfite, but enough natural yeast to complete fermentation without deviation.
