This wine 100% Négrette (Pinot Saint Georges) without added sulphur, is made from vines that are an average of 25 years old, planted on an exceptional terroir. mixed terroir of boulbène, silty sand and clay. Its classic vinification with long maceration and delestage in stainless steel vats brings out the freshness of the fruit and the expressiveness of the floral notes.

It features wild berry aromasideal with southwestern dishes. Matured in Organic FarmingThis wine is best kept for 2 years, drinking between 15 and 18°C. With 13.5% of alcohol, it received the Silver Medal at the Lyon 2022 international competition and a 17/20 rating from Terre de Vins.
